Beto Silva was born in Mexico City the 8th of December, 1979. At the age of 24 Beto committed his life to Christ and felt God's call to worship him and share about him through music.

The verses from 1 Peter 1:8-9 stood out to Beto: “Though you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy, for you are receiving the end result of your faith, the salvation of your souls”. (NIV)

Taking this to heart, Beto has spent the last two decades serving in his local churches while studying the Word of God. He continues to develop his abilities as a musician and songwriter and has had the opportunity to record various songs that talk about his journey with the Lord and express God’s heart for people.

He has the privilege to work at Life Compass Church, a congregation dedicated to lead people to an authentic transformation in Christ, equip and disciple believers and proclaim the saving grace of Jesus Christ to all the nations.

He currently resides in Kankakee, IL with his wife Karen and their three children: Isabella, Liam and Elena.

Beto professes that his greatest joy in life comes from knowing he is in true fellowship with the living God. The goal of his life is to love God with all his heart and with all his soul and with all his mind and with all his strength and to love others as Jesus has loved him.
